QuickQuote transfers information into Morware JobTracker at the click of a button. Users select the fields in QuickQuote that match the fields in JobTracker and then transfer that information to JobTracker as a job. Users can also attach a quote as a .PDF, the drawing as a .DXF, or the drawing as an image to the new job.
Transfer to QuickBooks Accounting Software
QuickQuote can transfer quotes over to QuickBooks' accounting software as sales orders or invoices. All the user has to do is make sure the items in QuickQuote match those in QuickBooks.
Send Quotes Via E-mail
During print preview, any quote to be printed can be exported to numerous formats, including .PDF, .HTML, .BMP, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .TIFF, and even a Microsoft Excel file. This allows for easy E-mailing of quotes and backup storage for printed copies.
Keep Drawings Digital
The drawing layout generated by QuickQuote can be exported to .DXF & .DWG for cleanup for templating or to a number of image formats such as .BMP & .JPG to use in other applications.
