What's the difference between single-user and multi-user?
With single-user licenses, each computer you install the program to will have its own quote list and pricing information. With multi-user license, all the computers on your network can connect to the same database so they can have a shared set of quotes and pricing.

How does the licensing work?
Each license allows you to install the software and run it on one computer. So if you have 2 licenses, you can install QuickQuote on two computers. Anyone who uses those computers can use QuickQuote.

If I buy the Economy Version, can I still put my own pricing in?
Yes, the utilities in every version of QuickQuote allow you to add, remove, and modify products and pricing whenever you want.

The Economy Version comes with an example database of popular products and services to get you started.

With Standard and Enterprise versions, you have the option to fill out one of our Standard Pricing Templates in Microsoft Excel, and we'll then pre-load the program using the information you provide so that it comes to you ready to go.

What are the updates?
Periodically throughout the year, we add new features and improvements to the program. Customers with a current updates subscription can get these new features at no extra charge. A one-year subscription is currently $240.

What kind of training do you offer?
We have multiple tutorial videos to take you through using various parts of the program.
