do I get my pricing into QuickQuote?
Upon purchasing QuickQuote, we will send you a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet template for you to fill out. We
will then pre-fill QuickQuote with your pricing and product lines.
We have also built utilities into QuickQuote which will allow you to
change the pricing, product lines, and any other items in QuickQuote after
you begin using the program.

How does QuickQuote calculate pricing?
QuickQuote can calculate countertop pricing in several difference ways.
Countertops can calculate by the linear inch/ft, square in/ft, or by a
table of values. Backsplashes calculate by the linear/square ft
depending upon the method the countertops use. Edging calculates by the
linear inch/foot.

What if all my
products do not calculate the same way?
Each product in QuickQuote has its own unique pricing set up. This
allows each product and its respective items to calculate differently from
the others.

Can I put my forms/printed reports into QuickQuote?
Unfortunately, this feature is still in development so we do not have a
method for you to change the printed output of QuickQuote yourself at this
time. We can, during set up, make changes to the existing printed
output to suit your needs.

Does QuickQuote do
scheduling?
QuickQuote will store start, finish, acknowledgement, template, and
installation dates, but does not handle scheduling as this feature is
still in development.

the countertops?
Yes, QuickQuote automatically generates a shop-quality drawing of the
countertop as you price it, requiring no CAD expertise of any kind.
QuickQuote also retains a suite of CAD tools for advanced users who wish
to modify the automatic drawings.

Yes, QuickQuote's drawings are .DXF/.DWG ready and can be exported to both
formats.

QucikQuote can import .DXF/.DWG drawings for viewing. We will
soon release an update to QuickQuote that will automatically price
imported .DXF/.DWG drawings.

Using QuickQuote
How do I select a specific color instead of a
color group?
In the "Color" drop down on the main QuickQuote form, choose "Select a
Color" to display the full list of colors available for the product you
have chosen. Then, double-click on the name or code of the desired
color to select it.

How do I view
available edge treatments?
Double-click inside the Edge Treatment text-box to display a window with
the available edge treatments for the product selected.

How do I miter/round a corner?
First, select your countertop shape. Then, in the shape window,
select the radius corner or miter corner option (RC/MC respectively in the
demo) from the drop down menu on the corner of your choice.

Can I expand the drawing window?
Yes, in the upper left corner of the drawing area
there is a minimize/maximize button. Click on it to expand the
drawing to fill the entire window.
